Sabrina Jeworrek is Professor of Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management at Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg and Deputy Head of the Department of Laws, Regulations and Factor Markets at IWH since December 2023. She joined the institute in 2016 initially in the Department of Structural Change and Productivity and holds the position of EconBiz advisory board member since 2017. Her research focuses on behavioural economics and employee motivation.
Sabrina Jeworrek obtained her bachelor's and master's degree from University of Marburg and a PhD from Trier University at IAAEU (Institute for Labour Law and Industrial Relations in the European Union).
